(NASDAQ:HAIR), today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 4,111,250 shares of common stock, including the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase 536,250 additional shares, at a public offering price of $7.00 per share, before the underwriting discount. All of the shares of common stock were offered by the Company. The Company’s common stock began trading on The NASDAQ Global Market on October 12, 2017 under the ticker symbol “HAIR”.
