STOCKS/ECONOMY

-Stock futures are a bit higher after the major indexes closed out last week with modest gains. It's going to be another day dominated by key earnings reports. Netflix is one of the bigger names reporting today.

OIL/ENERGY

-U.S. crude prices are up more than 1 percent and back to the $52 a barrel level. The gains are due to Iraqi army forces moving in on Kurdish territory where Kurds declared independence earlier this year. The oil-rich city of Kirkuk is where the fighting is now.

OBAMACARE

-This week the Senate will address President Trump's decision to end Obamacare subsidy payments to health insurance companies. There will be an effort to make a bipartisan deal to keep those payments alive.
