DUBUQUE, Iowa, Oct. 19, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (NASDAQ:HTLF), announced that its board of directors approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable December 1, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2017. At September 30, 2017, there were 29,946,069 common shares outstanding listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol HTLF.
