An asset for our organization’s growing customer base and expanded product line, Jeff came to NetRate with more than 15 years of extensive experience, which includes heading multiple software support groups. He has also served as head of application development at an international carrier for multiple different domestic business units in its commercial insurance operation.
Jeff is responsible for NetRate’s Client Services team, which is tasked with delivering on NetRate’s commitment to outstanding customer service. Jeff will oversee the day-to-day operations of this team, which includes efficient onboarding of new clients, project management for solution additions and changes for existing clients, and processing general support requests.
