Thought Leader Assumes Role of Chief Human Resources Officer and President, Workforce Solutions to Support Organizations Across the Care Continuum
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Press Ganey today announced that Joseph Cabral has joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer and President, Workforce Solutions. Cabral brings his significant experience driving cultural transformation and caregiver engagement to support Press Ganey’s broad client base. Most recently, Cabral was Chief Human Resources Officer for Partners HealthCare, one of the largest diversified health care services organizations in the United States.
With more than 20 years of background developing and executing strategies that enhance cultural and organizational change, Cabral has successfully led initiatives that advance business objectives, vision and values across all aspects of talent management and workforce engagement.

Prior to Partners HealthCare, Cabral held the title of Chief Human Resources Officer for Cleveland Clinic, and previously for Northwell Health, which received the SHRM/SIOP Award under his leadership. He has also held Human Resources leadership roles at New York Presbyterian Hospital and Children’s Hospital Boston.
Cabral is regularly cited in national publications for his expertise in human resources best practices. He has served as a Baldrige examiner and as a trustee for one of the largest Taft-Hartley Pension Plans in the country. In 2014, Cabral received the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year Award from HRO Today.
