SAN ANTONIO, Nov. 01, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE:VLO) (“Valero”) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the company’s common stock of $0.70 per share. The dividend is payable on December 12, 2017, to holders of record at the close of business on November 21, 2017.
