PM Hotel Group Adds Bench Strength to Accommodate Growth with Addition of Two Vice Presidents

Joseph D. Del Guidice Named Vice President of Operations and Justin Magazine Named Vice President of Business Development

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Officials of PM Hotel Group, a leading, national hotel management company, today announced the company has named Joseph D. Del Guidice as vice president of operations and Justin Magazine as vice president of business development.

“We maintain an aggressive growth appetite to expand our management portfolio, as evidenced by such recent additions as the 302-room Sheraton DFW Airport in Dallas, Tex., the 244-room DoubleTree Wilmington in Wilmington, Del., and coming soon the 310-room Embassy Suites Midtown Manhattan,” said Joseph Bojanowski, president of PM Hotel Group. “The additions of Joseph and Justin will facilitate this measured growth, allowing us to provide the same levels of service and one-on-one interactions on which we pride ourselves.”

Joseph D. Del Guidice

In his role of Vice President of Operations, the 22-year hospitality veteran will be responsible for providing strategic direction and driving results in PM Hotel Group managed hotels. Previously, Del Guidice was president of GF Management, a leading hotel ownership and management company with more than 85 upscale and midscale U.S. hotels and resorts. Prior to that, Del Guidice was a vice president of operations at HHM/Hersha Hospitality with responsibility for 34 hotels. Del Guidice previously served on the advisory boards for both Radisson hotels and York College Hospitality.

“Joe has a strong record of improving guest satisfaction scores while simultaneously improving bottom line profitability, an ideal match to supervise our growing portfolio,” Bojanowski added. “Under his direction, we are confident the hotels he oversees will maintain their market leading performance.”

Justin Magazine

In his role as vice president of business operations, Magazine will be responsible for growing PM Hotel Group’s third-party management business. Prior to joining PM Hotel Group, the 15-plus year hotel and marketing veteran was managing director of the hospitality group at Savills Studley. Previously, he co-founded Humboldt Hospitality Advisors, LLC, a full-service hospitality company. He also has worked as an associate with CB Richard Ellis Hotels and vice president of marketing for North America at Newfound Resorts. Before entering the hospitality industry, Magazine worked as Marketing Executive for a number of years at Octagon Sports Marketing.

“Justin’s experience speaks for itself, having been instrumental in such major projects as the sale of the Watergate Hotel and the Wharf at the Southwest Waterfront redevelopment in Washington D.C.,” Bojanowski noted. “His familiarity with numerous real estate classes and his specialty in hospitality will help expedite our growth goals.”
