WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J. (AP) _ I.D. Systems Inc. (IDSY) on Thursday reported a loss of $586,000 in its third quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey-based company said it had a loss of 4 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 2 cents per share.
The maker of tracking and communications technology for fleet vehicles posted revenue of $11.1 million in the period.
I.D. Systems shares have risen 33 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $7.22, an increase of 43 percent in the last 12 months.
