Park City Group posts 1Q profit

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) _ Park City Group Inc. (PCYG) on Thursday reported fiscal first-quarter earnings of $331,000.

The Salt Lake City-based company said it had profit of 1 cent per share. Earnings, adjusted for stock option expense and costs related to mergers and acquisitions, came to 2 cents per share.

The software-as-a-service provider posted revenue of $4.7 million in the period.

Park City Group shares have declined 10 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $11.40, a fall of 11 percent in the last 12 months.
