ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) _ Liberty Interactive Group (QVCA) on Thursday reported third-quarter net income of $119 million.
The Englewood, Colorado-based company said it had net income of 26 cents per share.
The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 15 cents per share.
The online commerce holding company posted revenue of $2.38 billion in the period, also topping Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $2.34 billion.
Liberty Interactive shares have climbed 16 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 15 percent in the last 12 months.
