General Electric Co., down $1.47 to $19.02

The industrial company cut its dividend in half and gave a disappointing profit forecast for 2018.

GGP Inc., up $1.85 to $24.05

Brookfield Property Partners offered to buy the rest of the shopping mall real estate investment trust for $14 billion.

Mattel Inc., up $3.02 to $17.64

The Wall Street Journal reported Friday that competitor Hasbro is interested in combining with Mattel.

Qualcomm Inc., up $1.92 to $66.49

The chipmaker said Broadcom's recent $103 billion offer is too low and that regulators might block a deal between them.

Tyson Foods Inc., up $1.45 to $75.59

The meat producer posted a larger profit and greater sales than analysts had expected.

Baker Hughes, a GE Co., down $1.07 to $31.88

General Electric, which owns most of the oilfield services company, said it may exit the business.

Nektar Therapeutics, up $4.60 to $37.10

The company reported positive clinical trial results for its experimental cancer drug NKTR-214.

WisdomTree Investments Inc., down 66 cents to $11.28

The asset management company said it will pay $611 million to buy a European division of ETF Securities.
