SINGAPORE (AP) _ Kulicke and Soffa Industries Inc. (KLIC) on Tuesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $36.6 million.
The Singapore-based company said it had net income of 51 cents per share.
The semiconductor equipment maker posted revenue of $215.9 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $112 million, or $1.55 per share. Revenue was reported as $809 million.
For the current quarter ending in January, Kulicke and Soffa said it expects revenue in the range of $185 million to $195 million. Analysts surveyed by Zacks had expected revenue of $162.7 million.
Kulicke and Soffa shares have increased 49 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 70 percent in the last 12 months.
