Halsey Wise as an independent director of the Company, effective December 1, 2017. Mr. Wise’s appointment expands the Board to 10 directors, and he will be a member of the Company’s Compensation Committee.

He has also served as Chairman, President and CEO of Intergraph Corporation; CEO, North America of Solution 6 Holdings, Ltd; and President and Chief Operating Officer of Computer Management Sciences, Inc. Mr. Wise currently serves on the Board of Directors of Aspen Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AZPN).
Mr. Wise is a graduate of the University of Virginia, and received a Master's degree in Finance and Marketing from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
