TOKYO, Nov 20 (Reuters) - Japan's exports rose 14.0 percent in October from a year earlier, Ministry of Finance data showed on Monday, helped by brisk external demand and a weak yen. The result compared with a 15.8 percent increase expected by economists in a Reuters poll. It followed a 14.1 percent gain in September. Imports rose 18.9 percent in the year to October, versus the median estimate for a 20.2 percent increase.
