(OTCQB:CRZY) today announced its Board of Directors has increased its annual cash dividend to $0.31 per share. the dividend will be payable January 3, 2018, to shareholders of record at December 18, 2017.
“This dividend payment reflects another solid performance with fiscal year 2017 and our continuing confidence in the future,” stated Paul M. Brunkhorst, Buffalo Federal Bank’s President and CEO. “This cash dividend represents a 1.95% yield based on the recent stock price.”
Following the repurchase of 8,687 shares in 2015, 4,471 shares in 2016, the company repurchased 3,282 shares of its common stock in 2017.
