(NASDAQ:SGRY) ("Surgery Partners" or the "Company"), a leading provider of surgical services, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to $50.0 million of its common stock.

The timing and size of repurchases will be determined based on market conditions and other factors.
