The Turkish Investment Fund, Inc. Announces Information Regarding Liquidating Distribution

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Turkish Investment Fund, Inc. (NYSE:TKF) (the “Fund”) announced today that the net asset value per share of the Fund for purposes of calculating the final liquidating distribution to stockholders was $9.1469 as of December 22, 2017 (the “Effective Date”). The Fund expects to make a final liquidating distribution on or about December 29, 2017 to those stockholders who held shares of the Fund as of the Effective Date.

The Fund is a closed-end, U.S.-registered management investment company and seeks long-term capital appreciation through investments primarily in equity securities of Turkish corporations.
