Shiloh reports 4Q loss

VALLEY CITY, Ohio (AP) _ Shiloh Industries Inc. (SHLO) on Friday reported a fiscal fourth-quarter loss of $926,000, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

The Valley City, Ohio-based company said it had a loss of 4 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for restructuring costs and amortization costs, were 13 cents per share.

The automotive lightweighting company posted revenue of $264.2 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $697,000, or 4 cents per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $1.04 billion.

Shiloh shares have increased roughly 10 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 26 percent in the last 12 months.
