South Africa's Capitec dismisses Benguela global fund report

JOHANNESBURG, Feb 1 (Reuters) - South African lender Capitec Bank Holdings dismissed Benguela Global Fund Managers' letter on Thursday, which had raised concerns about the lender's business practices.

Benguela wrote to Capitec last month, questioning the lender's policy on rescheduling problem loans, the South African fund manager said in a statement to its clients seen by Reuters on Wednesday.
