Interns in the Talent Development Department will have the opportunity for a hands-on learning experience in several aspects of the editorial process. They will research potential subject-expert guests and contributors to appear on-air, execute necessary edits to the CNBC Contributor Directory, and assist the Talent Development team with additional department projects. Interns will attend and participate in department meetings. Our internships also include site visits to the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq MarketSite.
We value a "learn by doing" philosophy and appreciate the contributions of our interns.
"Interning at CNBC was one of the best experiences of my life. In just one summer, I learned more than I could have ever imagined and worked on important hands on projects. Interns have the opportunity to be a part of important meetings, participate in the breaking news process, and receive guidance from executives. I relished the opportunity of working in a fast-paced environment. I would recommend this internship to anyone interested in media and journalism."
- Khaya Bhatia, Talent Development Intern Summer 2017
