BMC Enhances its Mid Atlantic Portfolio with the Acquisition of Shone Lumber, A Local Provider of Building Materials to Custom Builders and Professional Remodelers

ATLANTA, Feb. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BMC Stock Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:BMCH) (“BMC” or the “Company”), a leading provider of diversified lumber and building materials and solutions to new construction builders and professional remodelers in the U.S., announced today that it will acquire the business of W.E. Shone Co. (“Shone Lumber”), the leading supplier of building materials in Delaware.

In 2017, Shone Lumber generated net sales of approximately $70 million.
