NEW YORK, Feb. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- In a move to bolster a critical agency discipline, creative commerce agency TPN has promoted Cheryl Policastro to managing director, planning, and Colleen Kelly to senior vice president, planning, in its New York office.
As managing director, Policastro will lead the agency's growing planning team. A 25-year retail, brand and analytics specialist, she joined TPN in 2016 and quickly established herself as a major contributor with her strategic insights and collaborative style.
Policastro has played key roles in TPN capability development and new business. She has vast client-side experience in brand management, sales, analytics and shopper insights and marketing across categories including over-the-counter (OTC) and health & beauty. In 2016, she was honored as a "Woman of Excellence" by the Path to Purchase Institute and a GOLD Effie winner in Shopper Marketing.
