LJM Partners says it will shut down after losses -letter

NEW YORK, Feb 28 (Reuters) - Investment manager LJM Partners Ltd on Wednesday said it plans to shut down by the end of April following losses during the market's recent bout of volatility, according to a letter sent to investors.
