FACTBOX-Storm knocks out power to more than 700,000 in U.S. Northeast/Mid Atlantic

March 2 (Reuters) - U.S. Mid-Atlantic and Northeast utilities said more than 700,000 homes and businesses were without power on Friday as a snow and ice storm batters the region. Most of the outages were in Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, New York, North Carolina and South Carolina.
