FACTBOX-U.S. Northeast snow storm knocks out power to 163,000 customers

March 2 (Reuters) - U.S. Northeast utilities said about 163,000 homes and businesses were without power on Friday because of a snow and ice storm in the region. Most of the current outages were in New York.
