Voya advisers agree to pay $3.6 mln, settle charges -U.S. SEC

WASHINGTON, March 8 (Reuters) - The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said on Thursday it had charged two investment adviser subsidiaries of Voya Holdings Inc with failing to disclose conflicts of interest and making misleading disclosures.

The advisers agreed to pay about $3.6 million to settle the charges. (Reporting by Makini Brice; Editing by Jonathan Oatis)
