TORONTO (AP) _ Points International Ltd. (PCOM) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter net income of $1.2 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Toronto-based company said it had net income of 8 cents.
The provider of technology for loyalty programs posted revenue of $87.7 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported net income of $3.4 million, or 23 cents per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $347.5 million.
Points International shares have dropped slightly since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $10.28, an increase of 35 percent in the last 12 months.
