Steel Partners reports 4Q loss

NEW YORK (AP) _ Steel Partners Holdings LP (SPLP) on Friday reported a loss of $14.2 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the New York-based company said it had a loss of 55 cents.

The diversified industrial company posted revenue of $335.3 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $16,000, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $1.37 billion.

Steel Partners shares have declined 4 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen almost 6 percent in the last 12 months.
