FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) _ Hallmark Financial Services Inc. (HALL) on Monday reported a loss of $10.6 million in its fourth quarter.
The Fort Worth, Texas-based company said it had a loss of 59 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for pretax expenses, came to 52 cents per share.
The property and casualty insurance company posted revenue of $97.4 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $97.3 million.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $11.6 million, or 63 cents per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $381.9 million.
Hallmark Financial shares have declined almost 4 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $10.03, a decline of almost 9 percent in the last 12 months.
