(NASDAQ:IVTY) ("Invuity" or the "Company"), a leading medical technology company focused on minimal access surgery, today announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Invuity expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of its common stock.
Invuity intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for continued expansion of its sales and marketing activities, working capital and other general corporate purposes.
