Ad group Interpublic's profit rises 35 percent

July 24 (Reuters) - U.S. advertising firm Interpublic Group's profit jumped 35.4 percent in the second quarter, led by higher client spending.

The company said on Tuesday net income attributable to common stockholders rose to $145.8 million or 37 cents per share in the three months ended June 30, from $107.7 million or 27 cents per share a year earlier.
