March 17 (Reuters) - Analysis of the data from the black boxes of an Ethiopian Airlines plane that crashed killing all 157 people on board showed 'clear similarities' with October's Lion Air crash, the Wall Street Journal https://on.wsj.com/2HrOXhn reported, citing the Ethiopian Transport Minister.

Data from the black boxes of Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 has been validated by Ethiopian and U.S. investigators and investigators were able to recover all relevant data from the black boxes, the minister said.

A preliminary report on the crash is to be released within 30 days, WSJ reported citing the minister. (Reporting by Rishika Chatterjee in Bengaluru, Editing by William Maclean)
