MOSCOW, June 7 (Reuters) - Russia has signed a deal with Cuba to modernize its railways worth almost $1 billion dollars, Interfax news agency reported citing Russian Deputy Prime Minister Yury Borisov as saying to Russia's state TV Rossiya 24.
