Google Calendar is back online after outage

• Google Calendar was down around the world on Tuesday.
• Google's website says it began experiencing a service disruption since about 10:22 a.m. Eastern.
• You can use the Google Calendar app on iPhone or Android to find your appointments, however.

Google Calendar is back online after it was down around the world earlier on Tuesday. 

Google's G Suite dashboard said the service disruption began around 10:22 a.m. Eastern time, but Google Calendar returned around 1 p.m. Eastern time.

"We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Calendar," the page said during the outage. "We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are unable to access Google Calendar."

There was a quick fix during the outage, so keep this in mind for the next one. If you download the Google Calendar app from the iTunes App Store or on Android, you can install it, log-in and still see your calendar details.

Earlier this month, several of Google's cloud services went down, affecting YouTube, Gmail, and third parties like Snapchat that host their services on Google.
