* TWITTER SAYS CO INTRODUCING A NEW NOTICE THAT WILL PROVIDE ADDITIONAL CLARITY IN SITUATIONS WHERE CERTAIN TWEETS VIOLATE TWITTER RULES

* TWITTER SAYS CERTAIN CASES WHERE A TWEET MAY OTHERWISE BE IN VIOLATION OF RULES, CO WILL PLACE A NOTICE TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL CONTEXT AND CLARITY
