Indonesia Q2 GDP growth +5.05% y/y, matches forecast

JAKARTA, Aug 5 (Reuters) - Indonesia's economic growth pace in April-June was almost identical with that of the previous quarter and matched market forecasts, government data showed on Monday.

Southeast Asia's largest economy expanded 5.05% in the second quarter from a year earlier, the statistics bureau said, exactly as expected in a Reuters poll and just below 5.07% in the previous three months.

On a quarterly, non-seasonally adjusted basis, gross domestic product grew 4.20%, the bureau said.
