Ireland says if UK's Brexit proposals are final, there will be no deal

DUBLIN, Oct 3 (Reuters) - If Britain's latest proposals for an agreement on leaving the European Union are its final offer then a no-deal Brexit lies ahead, Ireland's Foreign Minister said on Thursday.
