Russian cbank says economy beginning to recover, monitoring effect on inflation


MOSCOW, Feb 13 (Reuters) - The Russian economy is beginning to recover, the central bank's First Deputy Governor Ksenia Yudaeva said on Thursday, and the bank would monitor how this affected inflation.
