Comedian Jay Leno has pretty much seen — and driven — it all when it comes to exciting vehicles.

As host of CNBC's "Jay Leno's Garage," the comedian has driven a tank with Arnold Schwarzenegger, done stunt driving with Jamie Foxx and he's even driven a Tesla Cybertruck with Elon Musk in Musk's Boring Company underground test tunnel in Los Angeles.

But Leno said one of his favorite (and scariest) excursions was the time he went off-roading with comedian Kevin Hart in a Ukrainian-made ATV called the SHERP.

The all-terrain vehicle can climb over 27-inch obstacles and it can even serve as a duck boat. Leno points out in the episode that the SHERP, which debuted in 2016 and retails for about $119,000, is amphibious.

Leno describes the SHERP as the "ultimate off road vehicle, period," in a new mashup episode of "Jay Leno's Garage: America's Toughest," which premieres on CNBC on Wednesday at 10 p.m. ET. The episode pulls highlights from some of Leno's favorite past experiences driving dangerous, off-road vehicles with celebrity guests, including Hart and the SHERP.

"It can literally climb boulders and the steepest inclines, no problem," Leno said.

But what makes the SHERP far different from other ATV's is that its 210-gallon, self-inflating tires double as flotation devices with ridges that "act like paddles when it's in the water," Leno said.

In the episode, Leno and Hart drive over hills, streams and even rocks in the SHERP.

"They trying to kill me," a nervous Hart says during the ride. "We definitely just almost died."

At one point, one of Leno's producers even cuts in to tell Leno, "You cannot kill Kevin Hart."

Regardless, Leno says in the episode that he's still convinced Hart will want to buy a SHERP of his own after their excursion. "You know he's gonna want to get one," Leno jokes.

Watch "Jay Leno's Garage″ Wednesdays at 10P ET on CNBC.
