'Whole market will go up' next year, says Wharton professor Jeremy Siegel

The Dow topped 30,000 for the first time on Tuesday and Jeremy Siegel, professor at The Wharton School, believes there's more upside ahead. He pointed to a number of reasons why stocks can continue to climb higher, including the transition from President Donald Trump to President-elect Joe Biden, as well as Janet Yellen taking the helm of the Treasury Department.
