Cramer says investors should have a 'buy list' — and here are two names to consider

Wall Street was struggling early Thursday, with all three major stock benchmarks down more than 1%. That "shake out" is creating opportunities for investors, says CNBC's Jim Cramer.

"Get ready to look for things to buy," Cramer said on "Squawk on the Street," before the market opened. "What matters to me is you've got to get your buy list out."
