CNBC's Jim Cramer offered some quick-hit analysis during Wednesday's Morning Meeting, which we're recapping below for Investing Club subscribers. Here's what Cramer had to say about a few of the Charitable Trust's positions, including Walt Disney Co. ahead of the media and entertainment giant's quarterly results after the close. "Disney, very low expectations. This is not the breakout quarter. We would love to hear something positive with ESPN. I don't know whether they're going to give it to us." "AMD, we heard from [CEO] Lisa Su at that great meeting . It's been straight up ever since. It should not have been down. This deal with Xilinx is extraordinary. It's going to really expand her capacity." "American Eagle Outfitters is protected by that yield. I never understood why it fell. It should've been much higher. Again, I've lowered expectations if only just because there's a funk going on in a lot of [retail] other than, say, the Costco aspect. Costco's flying. I'm fine." "It's gotten very oversold."
