Traders eye oil & banks ahead of the close

The "Halftime Report" closed the show with top trades to go before the closing bell. .

Ahead of OPEC's DOHA meeting, Stephen Weiss is watching oil prices."I want to see how it sets up. To me, it may be a sell on the news story," Weiss added.

Keep an eye on regional banks, recommends Joe Terranova. "Regions Financial reports tomorrow and I expect that to be a strong report," Terranova said.

Pete Najarian is watching an airline stock. "Spirit Airlines doesn't have international exposure, so because of that their quarter will end up being fairly solid," according to Najarian.

Jon Najarian is bullish on banks. "Northern Trust, State Street, and Bank of New York Mellon are going to rock," he urged.
