A man cave for the super rich: Ferraris included

There are man caves and then there are super-rich man caves.

"Secret Lives of the Super Rich" got a tour of a mansion in Orange County, California, with a basement that had been turned into a 4,000-square-foot multimillion-dollar man cave. Smart-home wizard Jason Voorhees said the property's owner — who preferred to remain anonymous — is part of a poker group that plays at its members' homes. And having the winning poker room is as important as having the winning hand.

"There's become a little bit of a competition among the homeowners here to build the most amazing space for the poker game," he said.

This man cave has tons of luxurious details, including room for its owner’s car collection.

This particular man cave has a full bar, wine cellar and pool table. To make the lavish interior look more cave-like, the floor is made from cobblestone and the ceiling is made from limestone.

It's loaded with more than $500,000 worth of electronics, which controls the lights, sound system and temperature.

"The automation system that we have installed in this home is the same system that's installed in every Disney theme park in the world. It runs every single ride," Voorhees said. "The lights are at the perfect museum setting, and the music's usually playing '60s classic rock, like Steppenwolf's 'Born to Be Wild' and things like that."

But the centerpiece of the cave is a car collection filled with rare Aston Martins, Bugattis and Ferraris. There are six rare pre-1970s Ferraris, each worth millions.

Now that is a winning hand.
