Pops & Drops: Netflix, Royal Caribbean...

Following are the day’s biggest winners and losers. Find out why shares of Netflix and Royal Caribbean popped while Kroger and Goodrich dropped.

POPS (stocks that jumped higher)

Netflix (NFLX) popped 4%. JPMorgan initiated coverage with an ‘overweight’ rating, citing added subscriptions and a successful transition to digital. - Giddyup, says Pete Najarian.

Royal Caribbean (RCL) popped 9%. BofA/Merrill reinstated coverage of the cruise line with a ‘Buy.’ - I'd wait and see, counsels Tim Seymour.

Cracker Barrel (CBRL) popped 5%. The company beat on fourth quarter earnings due to lower costs and gave a strong revenue forecast for 2010. - I love these guys, says Pete Najarian.

DineEquity (DIN) popped 8%. Morgan Keegan raised the owner of IHOP and Applebee’s citing management’s ability to turn the company around. - Not too bad, muses Karen Finerman.

Domino’s Pizza (DPZ) popped 10%. Argus upgraded the pizza maker citing reduced debt and sales stabilization. - Keep an eye on it, says Tim Seymour.

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (MSO) popped 19%. Martha reached an agreement with Home Depot to develop a line of home-improvement products. - Let's just hope Martha didn't buy any stock yesterday, Guy Adami chuckles.

DROPS (stocks that slid lower)

Kroger (KR) dropped 8%. Second quarter earnings missed analysts’ estimates and the company cut its full year forecast. - I think valuations are attractive but I'd wait a day or two before buying, says Karen Finerman.

Goodrich (GR) dropped 2%. BofA/Merrill downgraded the firm to ‘neutral’ from ‘buy’ . - Guy Adami doesn't know what to say.
