AFTER HOURS ACTION: BROADCOM

Shares of Broadcom gained in extended trade Tuesday after the company posted higher quarterly earnings and revenue due to strong demand for its chips used in smartphones such as Apple's iPhone.

What's the trade?

I think this is one of the best stocks in the space, says Joe Terranova. They have great exposiure to tablet and mobile devices. I think the stock goes above $40.
