Cramer: This Oil ETF Is 'Toxic'

United States Oil is among the "most toxic" exchange-traded funds today, Cramer said Tuesday.

The USO tracks the price of West Texas Intermediate Crude oil. While oil is up 34 percent in the last 12 months, the USO is up by less then 10 percent. Even with skyrocketing gas prices, the USO didn't even keep pace with the S&P 500, which is up 10.8 percent in the last year.
