Weight Watchers International : This is a dangerous, foolhardy stock, Cramer said. He thinks the company has lost its momentum.

Telefonica Brasil : Cramer thinks this stock could make sense to buy, but consider Verizon , which has a similar yield. He'd rather stay closer to home right now.

The Mosaic Co. : While this fertilizer play has seen a good trade over the last four days, don't be greedy. He thinks this could be a sell if it rains this weekend.

Companhia Siderurgica Nacional : Cramer says no to Brazilian steel because of the economic slowdown. They have not been able to ignite the economy and he does not want to go there.

ConocoPhillips : Cramer blesses this buy for its 5 percent yield. He likes the oils that yield more than 3.5 percent. Also, COP owns a big natural gas business and nat gas seems to have bottomed.
