Anuj Kapur is the SVP & Chief Strategy Officer at Cisco and leads a group that partners with the Executive Leadership Team and General Managers to drive the overall strategic direction for the company. Anuj is also responsible for Cisco's Strategic Alliances, focusing on select partners with whom the company drives co-development for key markets. Anuj sits on the review board for Cisco Investments, helping guide the company's efforts with startups and the global venture community.

Anuj was previously in the Networking & Security Business group where he led the Strategy function for the $32B business, Product Management for Enterprise Agreements and worked extensively on Cisco's transition towards a subscription business model.

Anuj joined Cisco in 2005 in the Mergers & Acquisitions/Investments team focused on Networking, eventually transitioning into Product Management roles in Mobility and Security. He previously held positions with AMD and Deloitte.

Anuj has an MBA from Wharton and an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo. He grew up in India, Kenya, and Canada, and spends his free time supporting the Bay Area coffee scene.
