Craig is a global IT transformation leader with a consistent record of designing and fully executing strategies that cost effectively optimize enablement, innovation, and revenue growth. His success has been driven by his ability to accurately forecast industry trends and define the strategic direction of product, process, and innovation pipelines; create strategies that drive organic growth and shareholder value; and move the enterprise from transaction focus to business partner role. Of tremendous value is Craig's ability to maintain a fresh industry perspective through his current advisory and board relationships in academia and corporate worlds, along with his adjunct Professor role at Columbia University.
In his current position as SVP & Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Omnicom Group, Craig is responsible for developing global IT strategy and delivering the resulting IT transformation designed to enhance shareholder value, manage enterprise risk and deliver innovative services to clients.
Previously, he served as Global Chief Information Officer at Cushman & Wakefield. Specific achievements include building a new Global Information Security and Risk team; implementing a 5-year Global IT strategy; leading Global IT transformation across 63 countries; pioneering Cloud strategy; driving effective cost reduction initiatives; and developing new business prospecting capabilities through the use of Big Data tools.
Craig is active in his outside professional affiliations, including the Dean's Advisory Board at the College of Information Sciences and Technology, The Pennsylvania State University; Technology Advisory Council, Greylock Partners, Executive Customer Advisory Council, AT&T; and with a number of local non-profit organizations. He teaches graduate students in the Executive Technology Management program at Columbia University and serves as a Trustee to the New Jersey Chapter of the Society for Information Management.
Craig received his Ph.D., Masters, and Bachelor of Science degrees from The Pennsylvania State University and his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Rutgers Business School. He lives in Randolph, New Jersey with his wife and three daughters and enjoys fly-fishing in his spare time.
